Alden "Butch" Gundrum

Alden “Butch” Gundrum, age 78, formerly of Meadville, PA passed away at home after a short illness on June 20, 2022.  He was born on June 11, 1944 in Meadville, PA to the late Wildun and Mary (Hall) Gundrum.

Butch graduated from Meadville High School in 1961.  He then worked for the railroad.  He was a pinball wizard.  He enjoyed racing cars, bowling and playing poker.  Butch was in a head-on collision in 1965 that left him mentally and physically disabled.

He is survived by his twin sister, Tyna Krolikowski of Conneaut Lake, PA; his two nieces, Marcia Forsythe and Mitsy Bowman; his great nieces and nephews, Nathan, Jeanette, Nicolette, Jerry, Noah, Breanna, Alexander and Johnathan and his great great nieces, Lola, Aurorua, Acari, Kenna and Peyshince.

Butch was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law, Paul Krolikowski.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
