Angela B. Boyd

Angela Biery Komnath Boyd, age 82 of Meadville, PA passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at her residence. She was born August 4, 1932 in Wilkes Barre, PA the daughter of the late Otto and Mary Hearity Biery. Sh married Charles A. Boyd. He preceded her in death on March 27, 2006. Angela received her RN degree from Spencer Hospital Nursing School. She had been employed at Spencer Hospital, the Flickinger Nursing Home, Wesbury and the Crawford County Home. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church and the Eastern Star. Angela is survived by a daughter Kathleen Komnath Shriver of Meadville, PA and a son Stephen Komnath and his wife Susan of Erie, three grandchildren; Dalton L. Smith III and Allison Duino and Madison Duino, a sister; Barbara Lodge of Meadville, PA. In addition to her parents and her husband, Angela was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Arthur D. Lodge and by a dear friend Lydia Forbes. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
