Angelo C. Bizzarro

Angelo C. Bizzarro, age 84 of Meadville, PA passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at his residence. He was born February 18, 1930 in Meadville, PA the son of the late Ralph and Ursela (Lena) Nuzzulo Bizzarro. He married Velta A. Bowes. She preceded him in death on February 12, 2011. He retired after 40 years from Talon Inc. in Meadville, PA. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed the animals that he had over the years, and they were very important to him. He also enjoyed spending time golfing. He was a member of the Meadville Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks # 219, and the Italian Civic Club in Meadville, PA. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Albert Bizzarro and Anthony Bizzarro and a sister, Antoinette Cummings. Family and friends may call on Thursday, from 1 to 3 PM at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home & Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA. The funeral service will be held at 3 PM on Thursday at the funeral home with Father Matthew Kujawinski of St. Mary of Grace Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Greendale Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest by his wife Velta.
