Anita Jane Spik

Anita Wakefield Spik, age 58, of Pittsburgh, PA but currently a resident of Park Avenue Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Meadville, PA, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2015. She was born in Titusville, PA on March 9, 1957, the daughter of the late Joseph and Irene Wakefield. Anita was a 1975 graduate of Titusville High School. She loved her grandson with all her heart and enjoyed spending as much time as she could with him. She enjoyed Bible Study, making crafts and playing Bingo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Craig Gustafson. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Michael Spik of Pittsburgh; a son, David Spik and his wife Jaime and grandson Zander Spik, also of Pittsburgh; two sisters; Denise Bair and her husband Dale of Titusville, PA, Brenda Saxton and her husband Ken of Pleasantville, PA, two nieces: Katie Snyder and Kylie Bair, two nephews: Tyler Saxton and Shane Bair all of Titusville, PA, five great nieces, and a great nephew, several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many dear friends,             Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
