Anna C Eells

            Anna C. Eells, 94, of Dennys Corners passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at the Marquette Hospice House.             She was born on September 24, 1923 in Linesville, the daughter of the late Neil Partch and Audrey Seager Partch. She married James T. Eells on February 19, 1949. He preceded her in death on May 8 1985.             Anna graduated from Linesville High School, and later from Meadville Commercial College. She worked for the Crawford County Conservation Office, Saegertown School District, Intermediate Unit #5 at the Race Street School, and the Edinboro office.  Anna enjoyed crocheting, reading, and working in the garden and flower beds. Most of all, Anna enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of Dennys Chapel.             She is survived by four children: Susan Eells of Linesville, John Eells (Joan) of Meadville, David Eells of Meadville, Jeff Eells (Brenda) of Meadville, four grandchildren: Kristina Plaza (Ruben) of California, Erin Depew (Brian) of Meadville, Meghan Siporin (Sam) of Dublin, PA, and Jordon Eells of Meadville, three great-grantchildren: Carter Siporin. Layla Siporin, and Brooklynn Depew. Anna is further survived by several beloved nieces and nephews.             In addition to her parents and husband, Anna was preceded in death by an infant child: Thomas Eells, a sister: Ione Davis, and a brother: Wayne Partch.             Family and friends are welcome to call on Friday from 5 to 8 PM, and on Saturday from 10 to 11 AM with the funeral service to follow at 11 at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA 16335, with Pastor David Jenkins of Denny’s Chapel, officiating.  Burial will take place at Kiser Hill Cemetery.             Memorial contributions can be made to Dennys Chapel, 15028 Highway 98 Meadville, PA 16335, or to the Marquette Hospice House, 13465 North Wayland Road, Meadville, PA 16335.              Please sign Anna’s online guestbook at hatheway-tedesco.com             Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA 16335.
