Anthony Monico

He was a member of St. Mary of Grace Roman Catholic Church and a life member of the Italian Civic Club. He worked at Frontier Homes, Heatrex, Westinghouse and Sunbeam Equipment Corp. that later became SECO and retired from there. He was a professional Duckpin Bowler in the 40s and 50s and later a skilled 10 pin bowler. Anthony was also an avid golfer and enjoyed watching golf and football on TV with his sons and family. He gave up those sports to care for his wife Theresa who battled MS for nearly 30 years. His deep faith in God sustained him over the recently troubling times with his health while at Wesbury Nursing Home. He kept up the fight to regain his health until the very end.
