Anthony Pedone

Anthony Michael Pedone, age 76, of Meadville, PA passed away at his home on Sunday February 13, 2022.  He was born on June 14, 1945 in Rochester, PA to the late Michalangelo and Dwanda (Hilyard) Pedone.  He married Marsha Beatrice Hoodin on August 16, 1969.  She survives.

Anthony earned his Masters of Psychology from Edinboro University.  He worked as a licenses phsychologist.  He also served in the United States Army Reserves.

Anthony was proud to have created a non-profit for Veterans dealing with PTSD, mild brain injuries and other traumas of life not associated with war, such as rape. This was called the Veteran’s Project at Lilac Springs (VPALS.)

He is survived by his wife, Marsha of Meadville, PA; one daughter, Beth Pedone and her spouse, Scott Frazer of Pittsburgh, PA and one son, Michael Pedone and his spouse, Krista Glass Pedone of Duncansville, PA and four grandchildren, Jackson Frazer, Max Frazer, Eva Pedone and Jake Pedone.

Anthony was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Michalina Pedone Kappel and Edith Pedone Tkatch.

Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday February 19, 2022 from 10-11:00 am at Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin St., Meadville, PA 16335.  There will be a time of sharing at 11:00 am.
