Barbara Jones

Barbara D. Jones, age 81, of Saegertown, PA passed away in Meadville on October 11, 2026. She was born in Oil City on June 25, 1945, to the late Russell and Razella Shick. She married Richard H. Jones on August 28, 1965. He preceded her in death on May 28, 2019.

Barb graduated from Cambridge Springs High School. She then worked at Montgomery Ward, Fostermation and eventually retired from Greenleaf Corporation.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her great grandchildren. She loved her dog, Turbo and all things Elvis.

Barb is survived by one son, Brian Jones and his wife, Wendy of Saegertown; one daughter, Brenda Jones and her partner, Vicki Stonebraker of Cochranton; two grandchildren, Nathan Jones and his wife, Chanda of Saegertown and Nevin Jones and his partner, Katelyn English, of Edinboro; five great-grandchildren, Hunter, Kinsley, Chloe, Nolan and Kamden Jones; two sisters, Darlene Roudybush and Grace Hartner; one brother, Kenneth Shick; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends that she considered family. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard; her parents; one sister Jackie Baugh; one brother Richard (Dickie) Marshall: and her faithful dog, Turbo.

Per Barb’s wishes, there will be no services.
