Barbara Noel

Barbara Lynn Noel, age 63, of Meadville, PA passed away peacefully on March 21, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loved ones.  She was born on July 8, 1958 to the late Leon and Thelma (Rawlings) Vanderhoff.  She married Daniel Noel on February 14, 1996.  He survives.

Barb was a housewife.  She was of the Christian faith.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandson was her pride and joy.

She is survived by her husband, Dan of Meadville, PA; one daughter, Ellen Smock of Meadville, PA; 3 step children, Dawn Noel-Reed of Cleveland, OH, Christopher Noel and his wife, Melody of CO and Scott Noel and his wife, Kimberly of Cleveland, OH; one grandson, Austin Smock of Meadville, PA and several step grandchildren and several siblings.

Barb was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Joyce Parsons.

Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday March 30, 2022 from 10-11:00 am at French Creek Community Church, 18320 Conneaut Lake Rd., Meadville, PA 16335.  A memorial service will take place at 11:00 am with Pastor Greg Giles officiating.
