Barbara I. Weatherby, age 79, of Meadville, PA passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at home. She was born on August 10, 1941 to James and Martha (Stover) Norr. She married Daniel Weatherby. He survives.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
