Betty Battin

Betty Marie Battin, 86, of Conneaut Lake, PA died Saturday, April 13, 2024 at her residence.  She was born on November 2, 1937 in Venus, PA the daughter of Kenneth Hugh and Dorothy Louise Miller Moon.  She married Donald Battin Jr. on July 12, 1960 and he preceded her in death on November 17, 1998.

She was a graduate of Cranberry High School and worked at the Meadville Medical Center in housecleaning.  Playing Bingo, fishing and spending time with family and friends was very important to Betty.

Survivors include her children, Deanna Baird (David) of Richmond, VA; Jeffrey Battin (Carol) of Cochranton, PA; Donald Battin (Jill) of Cochranton, PA and Kimberly Vickers (Kenneth) of Conneaut Lake, PA and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was one of 9 children and is still survived by two of her siblings.

2:00pm on Tuesday, April, 16, 2024 at the Cochranton Community Church, 3993 East Church St., Cochranton, there will be a Memorial Service for Betty.  All are welcome to join in her celebration of life.  Following the service friends are welcome to gather at the home of Donald and Jill Battin 156 N. Franklin St. in Cochranton.
