Betty Obagy

Betty J. Obagy passed away peacefully July 16, 2021.  Betty was born November 29, 1939 in Guys Mills, PA to John and Mary (Shellenberger) Dilley. She lived in Guys Mills, PA her entire life and worked at Mercer Spring in Townville, PA for 27.5 years. She married Albert William (Bill) Obagy in 1959. Her and Bill built their dream home in 1960; where she lived the rest of her life. In later years, her companion was William (Bill) McNamara for about 20 years. Betty loved to play cards with her card club and also loved playing bingo. She was a member of the American Legion.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William (Bill) Obagy; sister, Ellen Kern and brother, Danny Dilley.

She is survived by her sisters, Anita Taylor and Marjorie Mallum and many nieces, nephews and friends. Betty will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

There will be a graveside service on Saturday, July 24, 2021 beginning at 1:00 PM at Blooming Valley Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Bill.
