Billy Rash

Billy Joe Rash, age 40, of Meadville, PA passed away suddenly on October 2, 2021.  He was born on October 5, 1980 in Meadville, PA to Michael Rash and the late Donna (Shiner) Rash.   He married Cindy Holeva on January 7, 2021.  She survives.

Billy was a 2000 Conneaut Lake High School graduate.  He also attended Vo-Tech for auto body.  He was employed at Acutec Precision as a CNC Machinist.

He was an avid Las Vegas Raiders fan.   He enjoyed fishing and being on the water, bonfires, gambling and spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews.

Billy is survived by his father, Michael Rash of Girard, PA; his wife, Cindy Rash of Meadville, PA; his son, Leland Cannon; four step-children, Nevada, Trevor, Baylee and Caden Holeva; one sister, Shonna Steele and her husband, Keith of Linesville, PA; two step sisters, Christine Whampler and Shelia Magie and her husband, Eric all of FL; his paternal grandmother, Janice Shiner;  nieces and nephews, Tommy Rash, Lanora, Jaydon, Evan and Keith Steele, Jr., Kara and Brandon Rash, Emilie Shaffer and Aubrey Victor and his best buddy his Chihuahua, Blue.

He was preceded in death by his step mother, Mary “Toni” Rash and his brothers, Michael Rash Jr and Douglas Rash.

Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 4-8 pm at Dickson Funeral Home and Crematory, 130 N. 2 ^nd St., Conneaut Lake, PA 16316.  Service will take place at the funeral home on Friday October 8, 2021 at 11:00 am.  Burial will immediately follow at Anderson Cemetery.
