Bonita Felton

Bonita “Bonnie” Sue Felton, age 61, of Cambridge Springs, PA passed away on Saturday May 15, 2021 with family by her side at UPMC Shadyside.  She was born on April 21, 1960 in Meadville, PA to the late Shirley (Stafford) and John Smith, Jr. She has been married to Randy Felton for 27 years.

Bonnie was the Food Service Director for many school districts.  She touched the lives of many children while working.  She was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of Drakes Mills, PA.  She loved kayaking and mowing her yard.  She was proud to be a grandma.  She had a gift of showing people love when she met them.  She was a fantastic, loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and sister.

In addition to her husband, Randy, she is survived by one son, Jay Felton “Pup” and his significant other, Brittany; one daughter, Randi Felton “Miss” and her significant other, Tim; one granddaughter, Aria June; four sisters, Debbie Applebee and her husband, Roy, Lori McLean and her husband, Mike, Kellie Schroat and her husband, James and Jodi McLaughen and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts and uncles-she loved them all.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends and family are invited to a memorial service at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 25812 Mt. Pleasant Rd., Cambridge Springs, PA 16403 on Saturday May 22, 2021 at 11:00 am with Pastor Mark Fisher officiating.  She will be buried in Venango Cemetery.
