Brenda Ann Hargrove

               Brenda Ann Hargrove, age 68, of Meadville, PA passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018 at her residence.  She was born August 5, 1949 in Perry, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Earl Tharp Sr. and Sylvania Turner Tharp.  She married Gene Hargrove on December 23, 1981.  He preceded her in death on June 8, 2008.                 Brenda graduated from Academy High School in Erie.  She was affiliated with the Church of Jesus Christ in God, in Erie.  Brenda loved reading.                 Brenda is survived by a daughter: Danielle English, Clinton Township, Michigan, a son: Mark Hargrove,  Clinton Township, Michigan, two step-sons: Doug Hargrove (Denise), Michigan, and Guy Hargrove, Michigan, 10 Grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 13 brothers and sisters: Dennis Tharp (Darla), Corry, PA; Earle Tharp Jr. (Vivian), Charlotte, NC; Delores Perry, Meadville; Donna Barber (Edward) East Springfield, PA; Loretta Willis, Meadville; Dorothy Vanderhoff (Mark) Meadville; Darlene Bush (Darrell), Erie; John Tharp, South Carolina; Larry Tharp (Lynette Hunt), Meadville; Jim Tharp (Louise), Jamestown, New York; Bertha Norton (David), Shinglehouse, PA; Yhomas Richard Tharp, Meadville, Sharon Beightol (Greg Strohmyer), Erie, her sister-in-law: Linda Tharp of Warren, Michigan.  She is further survived by many nieces and nephews.                 In additions to her parents and her husband, Brenda was preceded in death by a daughter: Michelle English, a great-granddaughter: Aurora Lorraine, a brother: Kenneth Tharp, and a sister; Izo Tharp.                 Family and friends may call on Saturday, March 31 from 11 AM until time of the funeral service at 1 PM at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral & Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville.  Inurnment will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Corry, PA                 Memorials can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
