Carol Mcadams

Carol A. McAdams, age 67, of Townville, PA passed away at her home surrounded by family on Saturday February 8, 2025. She was born on October 30, 1957 in Meadville, PA to the late James R. and Kathleen E. (Wright) Carpenter.  She married Carl McAdams in August of 1981. He survives.

Carol graduated with her undergraduate degree from Geneva College. She then went on to earn her Master’s in Education from West Chester University and her Master’s in Psychology from Edinboro University. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Meadville, PA. She was active in Awana and was both a N.I.L.D. therapist and P.A.C.E therapist.

In addition to her beloved husband of 43 years, Carl, she is survived by her son, Caleb McAdams and his wife, Madeline of Titusville, PA; two grandchildren, Hazel and Dawson; her brothers, Jeffrey Carpenter and his wife, Debra of Meadville, PA and Mark Carpenter and his wife, Shari of Spring Creek, PA and her brother-in-law, Stephen E. Billman.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her sister, Christine Carpenter Billman.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
