Carol Stein

Carol Stein, age 78, of Meadville, PA passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday November 3, 2026. She was born on January 14, 1948 in Meadville, PA to the late Harold and Helen (Shiner) Hill. She married Raymond Stein. He survives.

Carol worked for many years in hospitality and long-term care. She was a member of French Creek Community Church. She loved traveling with her husband, Raymond. She was a collector of collections and she enjoyed going “boutiquing” with her friends.

In addition to her loving husband of 61 years, Raymond, she is survived by her daughter, Lurae Kobow and her husband, Mark of Mercer, PA and her son, Randy Stein and his wife, Rebecca of Lehighton, PA; her grandchildren, Nathan Tallada of Fenelton, PA, Thomas Tallada of Elwood City, PA, Zoe Stein of Myrtle Beach, SC and Jackson Stein and Lillian Stein both of Lehighton, PA; her brother, Kirby Hill of Greensburg, PA and her sister, Linda Molnar of Meadville, PA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Deross.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Carol’s name to French Creek Community Church, 18320 Conneaut Lake Rd., Meadville, PA 16335.
