            Charles T. Krepps Jr., age 93, formerly of Rochester, PA, and resident of Conneaut Lake, PA, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016, at the Marquette Hospice House. Charles was born February 27, 1923, in Rochester, PA, son of the late Charles T. Krepps, Sr. and Lenora Ruby Krepps.             Charles married Ruth V. Dugan on May 8, 1943, and she preceded him in death on November 19, 2003.             Charles graduated from Rochester High School in 1941, and he also graduated from the FBI National Academy of Quantico, VA. He served in the United States Army during World War II and participated in the invasion of Normandy, France and the European Theater. After thirty-two years in law enforcement, Charles retired in 1983. He served the residents of Beaver, PA, as a patrolman, sergeant and Chief of Police. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 229 of Rochester, PA, past president of the Beaver Valley Chiefs of Police, life member of the Western PA Police Chiefs, and a life member of the F.O.P Lodge 4 of Beaver Valley. Charles was a 50- plus year member of the First Baptist Church of Rochester, PA, where he served as a deacon as well as a trustee. He was known as an extremely generous man who cheerfully shared his resources with family, friends and many Christian organizations.             Survivors include two sons; Michael T. Krepps (Jamie), of Conneaut Lake, PA, and David R. Krepps (Irene) of Pawley’s Island, SC; four grandsons: Matthew, Joshua, Adam and Zachary; two great grandchildren: Claire and Gabe; a sister, Barbara Swink; many dear nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws; and his special friend and caregiver, Martha Reynolds.             In addition to his parents and wife, Charles was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruby Krepps and Gertrude Johnson.             Services will be in Rochester, PA, with Pastor Edward Heist officiating.             The family thanks EVERYONE who works at Hospice of Crawford County and The Marquette Hospice House. Krepps have been entrusted to the Dickson Funeral Home and Crematory, 130 N. Second St. Conneaut Lake, PA, Rocco R. Tedesco III, Supervisor. ?
