Charles D. Payne

Charlie attended Conneaut Valley High School. He married Marianne E. Steighner on March 31, 1979; and she survives. He had worked at Erie Lackawanna Railroad and Mohawk Auto Parts; and Smith Gray Cadillac Olds for 40 years and was currently the parts manager. He was in the US Army 101st Airborne Division, stationed at Fort Campbell Kentucky. He was a member of F&AM 258, Conneautville; Scottish Rite-Valley of Erie; BPOE 219 Past Exalted Ruler; VFW Post 2006; and many other organizations.
