Charles Edwin Stiles Jr.

Charles was a 1972 graduate of Meadville Area Senior High School, and was a 1977 graduate of Penn State University - School of Architecture Engineering. He worked at the Physical Plant at Penn State University and also for C.E. Stiles Engineering and Surveying. He was a member of Boy Scouts of America and earned the rank of Eagle Scout, Troop #227 of Stone Methodist Church. He was a member of Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity. He was Scout Master, State College Troop #322.
