Charles "Ted" Fulmer

Charles “Ted” Fulmer, age 59, of Meadville passed away Saturday, November 2, 2019 at AristaCare at Park Avenue after an extended illness.

He is survived by three sisters, five brothers and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Emery; his mother, Edna M. (Ferringer/Fulmer) Emery; one sister and two brothers.

A graveside memorial service will be announced at a later date.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to CHAPS of Crawford County, 944 Liberty St., Meadville, PA 16335 or the American Cancer Society, 2115 W. 38th St.,
Erie, PA 16508.
