Charlotte Lee Hall, age 84, passed away Saturday September 28, 2024 after an 18 month battle with kidney cancer. She was born on August 23, 1940, the daughter of William Edward and Elmo (Carroll) Mook.
For forty years, she worked for DIC Tool and for 20 years in the evenings she cleaned for ServiceMaster. She had a talent for decorating her home and she especially loved Christmas. Her most cherished times were the times she spent with her grandchildren, Hunter and Sydney (or “Sis” as she always referred to her.) They were the light of their “Mema’s” life.
Charlotte is survived by her son, Karl Hall and his wife, Phyllis of Edinboro, PA; her daughter, Melissa Hoffman and her husband, Clint of Utica, PA; her grandchildren Hunter and Sydney Hoffman and her long-time companion, Gary Armstrong Sr. of Meadville, PA.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Harold, Ken, Merle, Paul, Art, James and Bernie Mook and Shirley Smith and two stillborn brothers. She was also preceded in death by her ex-husband, Walter “Pete” Hall.
As per Charlotte’s wishes there will be no services. Please just remember her as she was the last time you saw her.
The family would like to thank the Crawford Care Center for the care they provided to Charlotte in her last days and a special Thank You to Tiffany.
Please sign Charlotte’s online guestbook at www.hatheway-tedesco.com.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin St., Meadville, PA 16335.
