Charlotte Newhard

During the early morning hours of 6 December 2024, Charlotte Rickert Newhard departed this world to be with her Lord and Savior. She passed away at home in her sleep.

Charlotte was a very accomplished quilt maker as evidenced by her numerous awards. She was awarded the coveted Crawford County 4- Star Homemaker award in 2014 on her first attempt.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Daniel Newhard and her granddaughter, Anna Marie Newhard.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle George.

Charlotte will be sorely missed by her family as well as her dachshund, Otis.

As per Charlotte’s wishes, there will be no viewing or funeral services.
