Chelsea Yanacek

Chelsea J. L. Yanacek, age 30, of Meadville, PA passed away at her residence on May 8, 2023 due to complications from an accident. She was born on March 14, 1993 in Greenville, PA to the late Robert Yanacek and Cheryl (Webb) Yanacek.

Chelsea graduated from Linesville High School in 2011. She worked at Wesbury, FCVC Child Care, Bethesda and various positions at Meadville Medical Center. She played soccer and played the baritone saxophone in the marching band, jazz band and concert band in high school. Most recently, she enjoyed spending time with her son.

Chelsea is survived by her mom, Cheryl Yanacek of Meadville, PA; her son, Braxtyn Michael Ridgeway and his father, Brock Ridgeway, his grandparents, Bruce and Shelley Ridgeway and his great-grandmother, Kathy Ridgeway all of Meadville, PA; her siblings, Michael Paul Yanacek of CA, Amy Yanacek Bizjak of Meadville, PA and Rob Yanacek of Meadville, PA; her maternal grandparents, Lena and Laird Webb of Harmonsburg, PA; her uncle, Tim Webb and several nieces and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father; her paternal grandparents and her aunt, Debbie Zirkle.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
