Corey Scott Shipton

Corey Scott Shipton, age 29, of Meadville passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2017.                 He was born on August 2, 1988 in Coudersport, PA. The son of Scott A. Shipton and Stephanie (Welsh) Shipton. They survive.                 Corey attended Keystone High School, and was currently employed at Bucks Fabricating. He attended First Baptist Church in Linesville. Corey loved to hunt, fish, and ride 4-wheelers and motorcycles. If it had a motor and wheels on it, he enjoyed it. He loved spending time with his family, especially his niece and nephews.                 In addition to his parents, Corey is survived by a brother: Zachary Shipton and his wife Marissa of Hartstown, nephews: Mason and Logan, a niece: Zoey, his maternal grandfather: Robert Welsh of Coudersport, his paternal grandmother: Janet Shipton of Greenville: several Aunts Uncles and Cousins.                 Corey was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Robert Shipton, and his maternal grandmother: Patricia Welsh.                 Family and friends are welcome to call on Monday, September 25, 2017 from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11 AM at the First Baptist Church of Linesville, 6114 US Highway 6, Linesville, PA 16424.
