Cory J. Eakin

Cory J. Eakin age 25 of Meadville, PA passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2015 in Meadville, PA. He was born December 7, 1989 in Erie, PA the son of Ricky Eakin and Doris Szewczyk. Cory had attended Meadville Area Senior High. He had worked at Beans Auto and obtained his certification and inspection license. He then went to work at DRS in Meadville, as a mechanic. He enjoyed working on his cars and working around the house. He is survived by his mother; Doris Szewczyk and her significant other, Robert Uhlig of Meadville, PA, his father; Ricky Eakin and his wife Melissa of Washington, PA, a sister; Caitlin Eakin and her significant other Tim Hunter of Meadville, PA, a niece; Chanton and a nephew; Tryston, a dear friend Matt Hunt. He is further survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
