Cynthia Hetrick

Cynthia Lake Zelasko Hetrick, age 75, of Meadville, PA passed away on Sunday June 28, 2026 at Crawford Care Center. She was born on August 21, 1950 in Meadville, PA to the late John and Ruth (Irwin) Lake.

Cynthia was a graduate of Edinboro University in 1987.

Cynthia was loved by her family. She is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Zelasko Zalnasky and her husband, Timothy of Cranberry Township, PA and Karen Zelasko Shaffer and her husband, Don of McMurray, PA and her sons, Corey David Hetrick of Saegertown, PA and Lee Thomas Hetrick; her grandchildren, Hunter McCracken Giles, Zachary McCracken, Landon Shaffer, Lukas Shaffer, Lakenn Shaffer, Dmitri Zalnasky, Darius Zalnasky, Anastasia Zalnasky, Daylyn Hetrick, Silas Hetrick, Coltan Hetrick, Aviana Hetrick, Brynlee Ford, Natalia Hetrick and David Hetrick and her brothers, Charles Lake and Eric Lake.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Zelasko; her second husband, David Hetrick and her brother, Peter Lake.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
