Darlene H Moyer

Darlene H. Moyer, age 58, of Conneaut Lake, PA passed away at home on May 28, 2019.  She was born February 15, 1961 in Pittsburgh, PA to Don Semans and Virginia (Hamilton) Semans.

Darlene was dedicated to bringing joy to the lives of others.  She was active as a sign language interpreter for the Deaf community.  She played a crucial role in the creation of the “R” Playground at Fireman’s Beach.  She was most proud of being a mother and more recently a grandmother.

Darlene is survived by one daughter, Karen Moyer and her significant other, Scott Johannesmeyer of Erie, PA; two sons, Tommy Moyer and his significant other, Alaina Leone of Pittsburgh, PA and Joey Moyer of Conneaut Lake, PA; one granddaughter, Rylie Leone and one sister, Beth Ryan.

She was preceded in death by her father, Don Semans and her mother, Virginia Semans.

Friends and family are invited to help celebrate Darlene’s life on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Dickson Funeral Home, 130 N. 2 ^nd Street, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Western PA School for the Deaf (WPSD), 300 E. Swissvale Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15218.
