Darrel Spencer

Darrel Lynn Spencer, age 64, of Meadville, PA passed away on February 10, 2022 at his home.  He was born on October 8, 1957 in Meadville, PA to the late Gerald L. Spencer and Verna Mae Wellman.  He was raised by his father and stepmother, Annabelle L. Spencer.

Darrel graduated from Meadville High School.  He was employed by Winters Plumbing and then Smuckers.

He is survived by his sisters, Patricia Ulan and her husband, Walter and their son, Alan and daughter, Tricia of Springboro, PA; Pamela Sedler and her husband, Randall and their son, BJ and daughter, Nova of Springboro, PA; Denise Woodruff and her husband, Terry and their son, JC and daughter, Amber of Valdosta, GA and Deitra Newell and her husband, David and their son, Jaxon of Cambridge Springs, PA and his brothers, David Shearer and his wife, Diana and their two sons, Christopher and Nickolas of Cochranton, PA and Steven Spencer of Springboro, PA.  He will also be missed by his Uncle Sam and Aunt Barb Spencer, his Aunt Audrey and Uncle Chuck Thompson and his Uncle Robert and Aunt Cheryl Henretty; 6 nephews and 3 nieces and many cousins.  He also had many friends including a very special friend, Marjorie Bish.

Darrel was preceded in death by his father, Gerald L. Spencer; his biological mother, Verna Mae and his stepmother, Annabell Spencer.

There will be no funeral service at this time.  A memorial will be held at a later date.
