David M. Hazen

David M. Hazen, age 64 of Meadville, PA passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at his residence.             He was born July 1, 1951 in Greenville, PA, the son of the late Willard Hazen and Eva McGranahan Hazen. He graduated from Conneaut Lake High School and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Grove City College. David had been employed in the payroll department at Davis Beverage in Allentown, PA. He enjoyed music and paying the guitar. He had a collection of movies and was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins Hockey fan.             He is survived by his sister: Betty Hazen of Cochranton, PA, two nephews: Gabriel Hannold and his wife Amanda of Deltona, Florida and Jacob Hannold and his wife Kimberly of Belle Vernon, PA. He is further survived by great nieces and great nephews: Lainie, Jorja, Connor, Carson and Aubrey.             He was preceded in death by his parents.             There will be no calling hours.
