Dickson Gene "Bake" Baker, age 60 of Conneaut Lake, PA, passed away on September 25, 2013 at UPMC-Hamot, Erie, PA He was born March 5, 1953 in Meadville, PA the son of the late Elizabeth Baker Henninger. He graduated from Conneaut Lake, High School in 1971. During high school, he worked at Stewart's Lanes, now Lakeside Bowling. He had also been employed at Hyde's Garage and Bud Miller Ford. He had a partnership in A B & H Auto. He was a member of the Conneaut Lake Volunteer Fire Dept. #5, the Hunting and Fishing Club at Conneaut Lake. He was an avid fan of Nascar Races, and enjoyed collecting Fords and other fine collectables. He is survived by Joe Hanna, of Conneaut Lake, PA, who was like a son to him, and Ariana Hanna and Jayden Hanna, both of Conneaut Lake, PA, who were like grandchildren to him. He is also survived by his aunt, Lee Baker and her children, and close friends, Dick and P.J. and many other friends too numerous to mention. In addition to his mother, Elizabeth Henninger, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, who raised him, Grandfather, Franklin Baker, step-grandfather, Robert Blandford, Grandmother, Jeanne Blandford, and his uncle, Jack Baker. There will be a dinner at the Conneaut Lake Park Volunteer Fire Department on Route 618, Conneaut Lake, PA on Sunday, October 27, 2013 from 4 to 7 PM.
