Donald L. Collins

Donald L. Collins, 76 of Meadville, passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the Crawford County Care Center.             He was born April 4, 1942 in Meadville, PA to Earl G. Collins and Melva (Stearns) Collins.  He married Cynthia Ann Weaver on July 3, 2000.  She preceded him in death on January 30, 2006.             Donald attended Meadville High School.  He was the former owner of Form Tool and Mold in Saegertown, PA.             He was a two time Exaulted Ruler of the Elks BPOE 219, Meadville; a member of Saegertown American Legion Post 205 Home Association; a former member of Meadville Rescue Squad and West Mead #2 Social Club.  He also enjoyed playing golf and deer hunting.             Donald is survived by a daughter, Tessa Collins, Meadville; a son, Timothy Collins,  Bellefonte, PA; a step-son, Nate Bahurinsky and his wife, Michelle, Meadville: a step-granddaughter, Hannah Bahurinsky; two brothers, Glenn R. Collins, Sr. and his wife, Linda,  Titusville, and Dale A. Collins and his wife, Dorothy, Guys Mills.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.             In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother, Alverta Dennis, Margaret Sinclair, Mary Ellen Adkins and Kenneth Collins.             At Donald’s request there will be no viewing or services.             Please sign the guestbook at www.hatheway-tedesco.com.             Arrangements are under the direction of HATHEWAY-TEDESCO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 614 BALDWIN STREET, MEADVILLE, PA 16335
