Donald Nawrath

Donald P. Nawrath, age 77, of Conneaut Lake, PA passed away on Wednesday May 4, 2022 at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA.  He was born on November 13, 1944 in Rockaway Beach, NY to the late Sylvester and Rose (Brendel) Nawrath.  He married Marguerite Jahosky on November 14, 1964.  She survives.

Don was active in sales for 40 years working at Eyegate Media, 3M Company, Molded Fiberglass, upon retirement he worked as a Ranger at the former Park Golf Course.  He was a member and previously served as parish council president, religious education teacher, Eucharistic minister and usher at Our Lady Queen of the Americas Roman Catholic Church.  Don took great pleasure at being a Tball and Little League coach in his younger years.

In addition to his wife, Margy, of 57 years, Don is survived by his 4 children, Mark Nawrath and his wife, Katie of Nashville, TN, Suzanne Spicuzza and her husband, Jack of Dublin, OH, Michael Nawrath of Conneaut Lake, PA and Jennifer Walker of Conneaut Lake, PA ; 5 grandchildren, Nicholas (Taylor) Spicuzza and Olivia (Josh) Pfeiffer, Samantha Nawrath and Sydney and Sophie Walker; 2 Great Grandchildren, Nolan and Sawyer Spicuzza, his sister, Rosemary Miller of Colorado and his brother, William Nawrath of E. Islip, NY.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Mary Jane Smoyer and his brothers, Robert Nawrath and Douglas Nawrath.

Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday May 8, 2022 from 1PM until 4PM at Dickson Funeral Home and Crematory, 130 N. 2 ^nd St., Conneaut Lake, PA 16316.  Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday May 9, 2022 at 1PM at Our Lady Queen of the Americas Church, Conneaut Lake, PA with Father David Carter officiating.  Burial will take place immediately following the service at Our Lady Queen of the Americas Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Our Lady Queen of the Americas Roman Catholic Church, 155 S. 9 ^th St., Conneaut Lake, PA 16316.  The family would like to thank Dr. Bob Bazylak for being a great friend as well as his physician.
