Douglas Wayne Seigworth

Douglas W. Seigworth, 61, of Guys Mills passed away peacefully at his residence April 24, 2019.  He was born on July 30, 1957 in Meadville, PA to the late Bernard and Lucille (Shumaker) Seigworth.

Doug attended Maplewood High School.  He was in the United States Army and then was employed as a long haul truck driver until his retirement.

Doug was a member of the American Legion Post # 111.  He loved riding motorcycles, enjoyed working in the yard and tinkering around the house.

He is survived by his sister, Melinda Bish of Guys Mills; two nieces, Danielle (Ryan) Stevens of Meadville and Heather (Todd) Beck of Blooming Valley and one nephew, Shane (Jess) Knapp of North Carolina.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial dinner for friends and family is being planned for a future date.
