Edith K. King

Edith King, 83, of Angola, IN; formerly of Meadville, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2013, at Northern Lakes Nursing Home in Angola. She was born April 26, 1929, in Duisburg-Hamborn, Germany, a daughter of Johann Hofmann and Aldfine Plank Hofmann. Edith married Paul E. King on October 8, 1948 and he preceded her in death on September 27, 1994. Edith was a homemaker and attended the Yahweh New Covenant Assembly Church. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and reading. She is survived by a daughter Linda Right and her husband David of Angola, two grandchildren John Right of Indianapolis, IN and Julie Lewis of Waterloo, IL; four great-grandchildren Jonathan and Daniel Right and David and Gabe Lewis. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a half-sister Inger Mutbauer. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in Miller's Station Cemetery, Cambridge Springs.
