Ellen Triola

Ellen D. (Niebauer) Triola, age 67, of Meadville, PA passed away Friday April 7, 2023 at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA.  She was born on April 23, 1955 in Meadville, PA to the late Lorenz and Cynthia (Ackerman) Niebauer.

Ellen was a 1973 graduate of Cambridge Springs High School.  She earned her teaching degree from Slippery Rock University.  She retired after years of teaching for Crawford Central School District.

Ellen was of the Catholic faith.  She enjoyed golfing and bowling and traveling to see her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her three children, Jason Triola and his wife, Cassie, Justin Triola and Megan Triola, all of Meadville; four grandchildren, Nicholas, Christopher, Benjamin and Gabriella; one sister, Ann Steadman of Venango, PA and one brother, George Niebauer and his wife, Susie of Venango, PA.

In addition to her parents, Ellen was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard, Michael and William Niebauer.
