Florence Mosbacher Stellato

Florence Mosbacher Stellato, age 92 of Meadville, PA passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Juniper Village in Meadville, PA Florence was born May 2, 1922 in Titusville, PA the daughter of the late Clarence J. and Leona May Hollabaugh Rhoades. She married Merle Mosbacher. He preceded her in death. She subsequently married Marshall Stellato. He preceded her in death. She retired from Meadville Medical Center as a baker and a cook. She enjoyed sewing, baking and craft work. She was very active in making quilt tops for the Quilting project at First Christian Church. She was an avid volunteer at the Senior Citizen Center. Florence was a member of the First Christian Church, Meadville, PA She is survived by three sons; Bernard Mosbacher and his wife, Kathy of Meadville, PA, Ron Mosbacher and his wife, Katie of Meadville, PA and James Mosbacher and his wife, Sonya of Saegertown, PA, seven grandchildren; Duane Mosbacher and his wife Julie, Steven Mosbacher and his wife Jenny, Douglas Mosbacher and his wife Amy, Kevin Mosbacher and his wife Cara, Debbie Barringer and her husband Andy, Heidi Albaugh and her husband Shawn, and Michelle Young and her husband Allen , 18 great-grandchildren; Justin, Jenna, Aerial, Alexes, Ashton, Auben, Maslynn, Hannah, Aby, Ava, Maria, Michael, Johnny, Elizabeth, Brandon, Kyle, Lacey, and Sarah, a sister in law; Nellie Rhoades of Meadville, PA. She is further survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Clarence and Leona Rhoades, and her husbands, Merle Mosbacher and Marshall Stellato, Florence was preceded in death by two brothers, Norman Rhoades and Robert Rhoades. Family and friends may call on Monday from 4 to 8 PM at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home & Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM at the funeral home with Roger Smith of First Christian Church, officiating.
