Francis "Junior" Sensabaugh

Francis “Shorty” “Junior” Sensabaugh, Jr., age 86, of Meadville passed away at his residence after a long illness on December 22, 2019.  He was born on September 3, 1933 in Springboro, PA to the late Francis Sr. and Gertrude (Smith) Sensabaugh.  He married Rosemary Skinner on April 26, 1960.  She survives.

Junior enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, playing Bingo with his many friends and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Rosemary; one son, William Sensabaugh of West Springfield, PA; four daughters, Gail Schell (Victor) of Springboro, PA, Janet Waldemarson (Dave) of Clymer, NY, Mary Trace (Bob) of Albion, PA and Stacie Reisinger (Richard) of Meadville, PA and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Junior is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Roy and Bert Sensabaugh and one sister, Lillian Schenburg.

Family and friends are invited to call at Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin St., Meadville, PA on Thursday, December 26, 2019 from 1-3:00 p.m. A service will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank Dr. Ryan Evans and Kindred Hospice for their care and compassion during Junior’s illness.
