Geraldine Elizabeth Kaufman

            Geraldine Elizabeth Kaufman, age 91, of Edinboro, PA passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017 at UPMC-Hamot Hospital in Erie.             She was born November 3, 1925 in Etna, PA the daughter of the late Frank Sheets and Eva Marion Kurst Sheets.  She married John Louis Kaufman on December 16, 1944.  He preceded her in death on January 15, 1999.             Geraldine was a member of the Cambridge Springs Presbyterian Church.  She enjoyed crafting and loved cooking and was known for her peanut brittle.  She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.             Geraldine is survived by her children: Carol A. Allison and her husband George of Penn Hills, PA, John R. Kaufman and his wife Donna of Edinboro, PA, Donna Coburn of Cambridge Springs, Charles L. Kaufman of Gibsonia, PA, Robert P. Kaufman and his wife Sherri of Santa Clarita, CA, and Christine E. Haibach and her husband Kurt of Erie, twelve grandchildren: Mark Allison, Michele Fink, Deborah Hawk, John Kaufman, Jennifer Banks, Douglas Coburn, Cheri Markham, Amanda Kaufman, Melanie Cox, Mathew Kaufman, and Sharon Kaufman,  22 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and one on the way, her brother; Charles B. Sheets of Allison Park, PA.  She is further survived by nieces and nephews.             In addition to her parents, and her husband, Geraldine was preceded in death by a son: Michael Edward Kaufman, a granddaughter: Savana Stephens, and brother: Frank Sheets and two sisters: Katherine Kratochvilla and Marion Chalmers, and a son-in-law: Richard Alan Coburn.             Family and friends are welcome to call on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at the Cambridge Springs Presbyterian Church, 338 South Main Street, Cambridge Springs from 1PM until time of the funeral service at 3 PM with Rev.
