Glenda Swenn

Glenda E. Swenn (Mema, Big Bird), age 72, of Meadville, PA passed away peacefully on Monday December 20, 2021 at Marquette Hospice House.  She was born on October 19, 1949 in Meadville, PA to the late Glenn and Hazel (Miller) Harry.  She married Joseph Swenn on December 27, 1987.  He preceded her in death December 22, 2020.

Glenda worked at Talon, McCrosky Tool and most recently retired from Greenleaf Corporation.  She enjoyed going to garage sales but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her former spouse, Rudy Troples II of Hadley, PA; her children, Rudy Troples III and his wife, Lynnrae and their children, Kyle and Breanna of Hadley, PA, Shannon Krolikowski  and her children, Kaleigh (Pooh), Johnny, Karly and Thomas of Delray Beach, FL and Eric Troples and his wife, Patty and their daughter, Maycy (CiCi) of Saegertown, PA; her sisters, Gloria Chess, Carole Price and her husband, Don and Shirley Rector; her brother, Richard Harry; several special nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Moe.

Glenda was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son-in-law, John Krolikowski; her brother-in-law, David Rector and her niece, Shelly Chess.

As per Glenda’s request there will be no services.
