Glenn Richard Morian

Glenn Richard Morian, age 65 of Conneaut Lake, PA passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Veterans Administration Medical Center, Erie, PA He was born June 17, 1949 in Meadville, PA the son of the late Helen Rohleder Morian and Charles Morian of Conneaut Lake, PA. He married Carolyn Amelia Weiland Morian on June 4 , 1971. She survives. He graduated from Conneaut Lake High School. He had been employed at Suit-Kote. Glenn was a Purple Heart recipient during the Vietnam War. Glenn loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He enjoyed golfing, hunting and served on the board of the Linesville VFW as a Senior Vice. Glenn is survived by his wife, Carolyn Morian of Conneaut Lake, PA , his father; Charles Morian of Conneaut Lake, PA, two daughters; Kristen Murcko and her husband Trevor of Wexford, PA and Kelly Velazquez and her husband, Victor of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, three grandchildren; Raina Murcko, Griffin Murcko and Victor Velazquez, two brothers, Terry Morian and his wife, Sandy of Conneaut Lake, PA and Bill Morian and his wife De of Conneaut Lake, PA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Morian. Family and friends may call on Saturday from 12 noon to 3:00 PM at the Dickson Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 N Second Street, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316. All are welcome to attend the funeral service at 3:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home, with Pastor David Brumagin, officiating. Burial will be in the Rocky Glenn Cemetery with full military honors conducted by Linesville VFW. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Linesville VFW Post # 7842, 6913 Gehrton Rd., Linesville, PA 16424.
