Grace Rohrer

Grace Menold Rohrer, age 101, of Meadville, PA passed away on Monday January 18, 2021.  She was born on February 11, 1919 in Meadville, PA to the late Lewis and Myrtle (Stewart) Hibbard.  She married Duane Menold in 1941.  He preceded her in death in 1991.  She then married Harry Rohrer in 1989.  He preceded her in death in 2006.

She retired from Talon and later worked for Community Health- the WIC program.  She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Meadville.  She was also a member of the VFW Auxiliary.  In her younger years, she loved roller skating.  She also loved playing cards.

Grace is survived by one daughter, Jill Maines and her husband, Richard of Meadville, PA; one son, Paul Menold and his wife, Sharon of Meadville, PA and a step-son, Richard Rohrer and his wife, Patricia of Cortland, OH; 2 grandchildren, Amy Jones and her husband, Timothy and Jeffrey Menold and his wife, Jolene; 3 great-grandchildren, Avery and Allyson Jones and Elliott Menold and 3 step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by both of her husbands; her sister, Hallie Stafford and her brother, Clyde Hibbard.
