Harold Powell

Harold W. Powell, age 75, of Saegertown, PA passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his family and friends. Harold was born on July 14, 1945 in Meadville PA to the late Charles and Mildred (DeRouchie) Powell.

Harold grew up in Meadville and worked as a roofer most of his life. He belonged to the Union Roofers Local #210. He enjoyed riding his Harley, taking care of his friends and working on the farm. He had a green thumb.

Harold is survived by a daughter, Rhonda Powell of Meadville, PA; a son, Shawn Powell of Meadville,  PA; a son, Eric Powell of Saegertown, PA and a daughter, Shavonne Powell and her significant other, Michael Bish of Meadville,  PA;  grandchildren, Meagan Powell-Castellon, Morgan Powell-Castellon, Shane Powell, Kelsey Powell, Eric Powell, Jr., Christian Powell, Cameron Geist, Corbyn Bish, Matalyn Bish and Peytyn Bish;  four sisters, Shirley Skillsky, Rosemarie Dewey, Donna Birch and Millie Powell;  two brothers, Gary Powell and Tim Powell and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents; an infant son, Mitchell Powell; a sister, Anabelle Price and a brother, Bill Powell.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
