Imogene Yetman, 92 of Meadville, PA, passed away on November 26, 2018. She was born November 5, 1926, the daughter of the late C. Walter Yetman and Anna Margaret (Dawson) Yetman. Born in Sharon, PA and raised in Meadville, PA she graduated in 1944 from Meadville High School. Upon graduation, she started her career supporting the legal profession, serving as a secretary first for Mr. Kenneth Rice, Esquire, followed by Crawford County Judge, Judge P. Richard Thomas. Her final position was serving as the Clerk of the Court for Crawford County, PA. Imogene was a Daughter of the American Revolution tracing her family line to the Founding Fathers of Monmouth County, New Jersey and to Revolutionary War Patriot Cornelius Pease. She was a member of the New Beginnings Church of God and she was the primary care for her parents in their elder years. In her younger years, she was an avid golfer and bowler, excelling at both. The only daughter of seven children, she is pre deceased by three of her brothers John Yetman, Severn Yetman and Edward Yetman. She is survived by three of her brothers, William Yetman of Annandale VA, Robert Yetman of Lima, OH and Marvin Yetman of Meadville, PA. She is also survived by ten nieces and seven nephews.
