J. Howard Glenn

Howard had been active in the Cambridge Springs community since the early 1980s following his retirement. He was on the borough council in the 1980s and in the early 1990s. He was just re-elected to a third consecutive term in November. He was a member of the Cambridge Area Volunteer Ambulance Service and had served as Vice President and Secretary. He was one of the originators of Helping Hands of Cambridge Springs in the 1980s. He also served as a correspondent for The Meadville Tribune writing a folksy column about Cambridge Springs and its happenings.
