Jacob Foulk

Jacob C. “Smile Hard” Foulk, age 27, recently of Indiana, PA passed away unexpectedly on October 8, 2020.

He was born February 6, 1993, the son of Pamela Brewster and Ronald Foulk Sr.

Jacob was a 2011 graduate of Meadville Area Senior High School. After graduation, he pursued employment at Radio Shack and Cricket Wireless as a sales associate and lastly as a fork lift driver for Urban Outfitters in Indiana, PA.

Jacob was an attendee of St. John’s Baptist Church of Meadville. He knew God.   Jake never met an enemy; he was a friend to all and would give the shirt off his back to help others. Jacob’s infectious smile will be remembered by all.  Hence the nickname “Smile Hard Foulk.”

Along with his parents, uncle, aunts and cousins, Jacob is survived by his significant other,  Ebani Rivers of Pittsburgh; one daughter, Royal Lawrence and siblings; Amber Thompson, Ron Jr., Ashley  and Tyler Foulk,  Madelyn Troutner and JJ (Jerry) Swogger, Jr. and his fur baby, Juicy.

Jacob was preceded in death by “Dad” Maurice “Bill” Gjersten.

Family and friends are invited to calling hours for Jacob on Saturday October 24, 2020 from 2pm to 4pm at Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home 614 Baldwin Street Meadville, PA 16335. Funeral will be at 4pm at the funeral home.
