James Noel Concannon

James Noel Concannon II, age 38 of Meadville, PA passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at his residence. He was born May 10, 1976 in Tucson, Arizona the son of Garnett Preston Persinger and the late Lawrence Anthony Concannon. He graduated from Saegertown High School. He was Baptized in the Episcopalian Church. He enjoyed cooking and playing darts. He loved his children and the time he spent with them. James is survived by his three daughters; Raina Concannon, Grace Concannon and Reagan Concannon all of Meadville, PA and by two sons: James Concannon and Charles Concannon both of Meadville, PA, his mother: Garnett Persinger and her husband Charles Kent Persinger, who raised James of Conneautville, PA; his grandmother; Marion Concannon of Tucson, Arizona. His wife Chiquita "Tina" Concannon of Meadville, PA, His first wife, Gina Santoro Muscarella of Meadville, PA, and by his companion Ellen Cunningham of Meadville, PA. He is further survived by the many aunts, uncles and cousins within the Concannon, Preston and Persinger Families. James was preceded in death by his grandmother; Mary Preston. Family and friends are welcome to attend the Memorial Service on Saturday, April 11th, 2015, at 10:30 AM, at the Christ Episcopal Church, 870 Diamond Park, Meadville, PA, Celebrated by The Rev. Rebecca H. Lash, Pastor of the Church. The wake will follow in the Church Social Hall.
