James Lee Taraczkozy, 76, of Conneaut Lake, passed away November 18, 2018. He was born on May 26, 1942 in Glen Rogers, WV to the late Baylor Taraczkozy and Margaret Sleboda Taraczkozy. He married Gisela Goetze on September 21, 1963 in Germany. Mr. Taraczkozy was the owner and operator of a salvage yard; he was a factory employee of Alcoa Aluminum in Cleveland, OH and an independent truck driver for Allied Van Lines in Cleveland, OH. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Taraczkozy took great pride in his Christmas time work and mission work. He was involved with mission work within the United States and the Ukraine where he helped take care of people in foreign countries for operations and medical assistance. Mr. Taraczkozy is survived by his wife, Gisela; a son, James G.B. Taraczkozy and his wife Brenda of Jamestown, PA; a daughter, Gerda S. Frazier and her husband Michael of Meadville, PA; grandchildren James G.B. Taraczkozy and his wife Heather, Margaret Taraczkozy Adams and her husband Peter and Nicholas Taraczkozy and his wife Danielle, Sophia and Taylor Stewart, Hunter Frazier, and Danielle Flummer Alpin and her husband Mike; great-grandchildren, Preston and Piper Taraczkozy, Camorin Jaymes Taraczkozy Adams, Ollen Adams,Kellan, Lincoln and Kannon Arpin, and Mason Taraczkozy; sisters Nancy Taraczkozy and her husband Sanger of Oak Hill, WV and Elizabeth Taraczkozy Kyle and her husband Frederick of Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Nicholas Taraczkozy, a sister Hellen, a great-grandson Brendan Adams and a son, Christian in 1980. Friends and family are invited to call on Wednesday November 21 from 5-7 p.m. at Faith and Grace Fellowship Church, 8467 Leach Rd., Conneaut Lake, PA. A service will take place there at 7 p.m. Interment will be private in Rocky Glen Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to DICKSON FUNERAL HOME, 130 N. 2ND ST., CONNEAUT LAKE, PA.
