James M. Waid

            James M. Waid, age 70, of Conneaut Lake passed away on Monday, July 10, 2017 at Rolling Field Eldercare Community.             He was born on February 18, 1947 in Meadville. The son of the Late Thomas M. Waid and Elnora Fields Waid.             James graduated from Conneautville High School in 1965. He then worked at Avtex Fiber until the early 1980’s and moved to Denver CO in order to manage a car dealership.  James is survived by a daughter: Christa Platz of Conneaut Lake, a son: Thomas Waid and his wife Iris of Kansas City, MO, two grandchildren: Dylan Platz and Jason Waid, two brothers: his twin John Waid and his wife Arouna of Conneaut Lake, and Richard Waid and his wife Gail of Springboro.             James was preceded in death by his parents.             In accordance with James wishes there will be no calling hours or services.
