Janet R. Musoni

Janet R. (Hughes) Musoni, age 73 of Conneaut Lake, PA passed away at home after a long illness on December 17, 2016.               Jan was preceded in death by her parents Joseph R. Hughes and Ruth Templeton of Hughes, Brookfield, OH. Jan graduated from Brookfield Sr. High School Brookfield, OH in 1961 and became a Meadville resident in 1965.  Jan was an active contributor to her community. Jan worked 32 years for the Riverside, BILO and Quality markets, and served as Secretary/Treasurer for Crawford County Labor Union Council. She had been selected Crawford County Labor Person of the year. Jan also served on the board of the United Way, as Secretary and then President of the Crawford County READ Program, served on the working crew to prepare for the opening of the Meadville Free Clinic and volunteered for fund raisers for the Cancer Society and Special Olympics of Meadville.             A loving Mother and Grandmother, Jan loved family gatherings and enjoyed spending time with her Grandchildren and Great grandchildren.             Surviving Jan are her three sons, Dean Musoni, Troy Musoni and wife Lynne and Anthony Musoni all of Meadville, four grandchildren, Alexandra, Alyssa Musoni, Lynsie and Liam Musoni, two great grandchildren, Torin and Brig Barber, two sisters, Donna Hughes Fecik of Fort Myers, Fla. and Patricia Hughes Piper of Hermitage, PA.             No memorial services at this time.
